What are the special meals that can be ordered on your flights?

Our passengers can order special meals due to eating habits, health related diseases or personal preferences. Special meals can be ordered up to 48 hours before departure in international fligts, provided that there is a confirmed booking in the required class. The passengers have the opportunity to order a special meal through their travel agency or contact our call-center by phone 0 800 50 5563 . There will be no additional costs for the passenger for this service, except in case of odering Kosher Meal*
The Price of Kosher Meal depends on departure airport and is about 650 UAH

Electronic devices

In accordance with aviation rules, no electronic device should be used during take-off and landing. However, it is allowed to use laptop computer, Gameboy, CD-Player, Video Camera etc. during flight.

In addition, the use of electronic devices which have airplane/flight mode (iPad, iPhone, etc.) are allowed to be used at this mode, during the whole flight.

Unaccompanied minors

The children between 02-05 can not travel alone. Children aged between 02-0 6 can not travel alone. Children must be between six and fourteen years old for the flights within Ukraine and between six and sixteen years old for International flights. However, the rules of Atlasglobal-UA for carrying unaccompanied minors should be met. Child must be escorted to the airport and escort must stay at the airport at least 15 minutes after flight has departed, child must be met in the terminal of arrival and escort must be in the airport and reported to the Atlasglobal-UA representative or its handlig agent at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time of the flight.
At the airport you will be given the small red Atlasglobal-UA bag which your child should keep with them clearly visible during the entire journey. The bag should hold all the necessary travel documents:
- Valid passport
- Visa for the destination country ( if necessary for the destination country)
- Receipt for chargers for the unaccompanied minor service
- Declaration of consent from parents/legal guardians that their child may travel unaccompanied
- The completed unaccompanied minor form. The form is to be completed by the child’s parents or legal guardians and gives all necessary details of the outward and return journey.

What is the fee for the unaccompanied minor service?
In addition to the price of flight, special service charge for the special service for unaccompanied minor is applicable.
