What is the limit for free baggage allowance?
The maximum weight allowed for checked baggage per pax is:
30 kg for economy.
40 kg for business.
Note: A checked baggage should not exceed 32 kg per piece.
* Promo class free baggage allowence is 20 kg.
** Free Baggage allowence is different on charter flights.
Damaged Baggage
What happens if my baggage was damaged?
Damaged baggage
If the delivered baggage is damaged (torn baggage or deficiency in the goods), the passenger must apply to Lost&Found department of our handling company at the airport of arrival to report the damage. Due to the Montreal Convention(article 31/2,3,4), in the case of a damage, the passenger must complain to the airline company forthwith after the discovery of the damage, and, at the latest, within seven(7) days from the date of the flight. Every complaint must be made in writing and given or dispatched within seven(7) days. If no complaint is made within the times aforesaid, a file will not be opened and the airline company will not have any liability of reimbursement. If the passenger applies for damaged baggage within seven days, Atlasjet Ukraine will cover the repairing expenses if it is proved that the damaged has happened during the possession of Airline. In case where the repair is not possible, a similar baggage will be provided or a payment will be done based on the value and the purchase date of the baggage. Atlasjet Ukraine is not liable for the destruction, loss or damage of any baggage caused by its inherent defect or poor quality as well as the following conditions that result from normal wear and tear:
- Scratches, scuffs, dents, dirt and stains
- Damage because of over-packed baggage
- Loss of external locks, pull straps, security straps or zipper tabs
- Damage of wheels or handles
The Lost&Found department of handling company at the airport of arrival will fill you a PIR (Property Irregularity Report). In order to assess your request for reimbursement, the following documents should be sent to our Head Office of Atlasjet Ukraine. You can also contact us to email: lf-ua@atlasglb.com. For damaged baggage:
- Original damage report
-Original ticket and baggage tags
- Photos of the damaged baggage
- The receipt of the damaged baggage if possible
- The repair bill,
- If a repair is not possible, a written statement of a specialized retailer is required that says the repair is not possible. The current value and baggage size information of the damaged property should be remarked.
- The receipt of the damaged baggage if possible
P.S.: Please always keep damaged baggage until the matter has been finally settled. Otherwise, we kindly inform you that Airline is not liable.

Excess Baggage
What happens if I have baggage that exceeds the free free baggage allowance?
Collected for any extra weight that is over the limit of the free baggage allowance.

** Excess Baggage Allowance will be different on charter flights.
**The right to carry out free equipment is not valid for campaign (E, U, W) ticket classes. In these classes, the related equipment can be carry out with a fee.
***The first set of golf & skiing equipments and first bicycle (Bicycle: up to 15KG) are free of charge. If you want to carry all of them for your flights , only one of them free, the others charged on the rate.

Hand Baggage
What is the maximum size and weight allowed for hand baggage per pax?
Hand baggage should be at a size that fits into under your seat or overhead cabin rack. It should be in one piece for Economy class tickets, maximum at the size of 25x45x56 cm sum of all three dimensions must not exceed 126 cm and the weight should not exceed 8 KG; for Business class tickets it is allowed to take 2 pieces of hand-baggage, maximum at the size of25x45x56 cm sum of all three dimensions must not exceed 126 cm and the weight should not exceed 8 KG. That hand baggage’s that not fit these dimensions will be carried as a checked baggage under the cabin.
Forbidden to carriage in hand baggage:
-Liquids, aerosols and gels can be carried in limited quantities, but only in separate containers not exceeding 100ml each. Total sum of all carries containers with liquids cannot be more than 1-liter
-knife, scissors, any cutting or stitching items
-weapon, any toys or items that look like a weapon
Exception:
-Medicine (provided that it is written in a prescription involving the passenger’s identity or the passenger presents a health report/certificate stating that he/she must use that medicine and on condition that it is inside its original package)
-Infant food (provided that the baby is also travelling on board the aircraft and at an amount that will be sufficient during the flight)
In case of doubt, the passenger may be asked to taste this medicine/food/liquid.
In addition,to your hand luggage you can carry on board free of charge the following items
- Ladies and men's bag
- folder paper, publications to read during the flight
- coat or raincoat
- jacket
- umbrella or stick
- children travel basket (for a baby under 1-year-old)
- baby stroller,
- wheelchair (in case if passenger has an appropriate statement from a doctor) and / or crutches. Total weight of the items, except for wheelchair, must not exceed 5 kg.
Please consider the following guidelines closely and take the appropriate action when preparing for your flight. A few restrictions may vary by country or airport policy. Always check local airport and country rules before you fly, especially if you are transferring to another carrier at any point in your journey.
Lost Baggage
What happens if my baggage was lost?
Lost baggage
If a checked baggage doesn’t arrive at the destination, the passenger must apply to Lost&Found department at the airport of arrival as soon as possible before living airport to report the missing baggage. The Lost&Found department of handling company at the airport will fill you a PIR (Property Irregularity Report).
If the baggage is not found within 5 days, the research will be transferred to the Head Office Lost and Found department of our company. In case if information that you give to as changed or you remembered any important futures, please notify us immediately.
We will advise you once your baggage has been received and will agree with you time and address of delivering your baggage.
The maximum investigation period is 2 months for lost baggage.

Passengers travelling with infants
Passengers travelling with infants (under two years of age) may check in 1 piece of baggage up to 10kg the sum of three dimensions (lengths x width x height) must not exceed 126 cm.
You may also bring one baby basket or stroller, regardless the class of reservation, with the sum of three dimensions which not exceed 115 cm
Sports equipment
As of 4 April 2018, free transportation of sports equipment has ended on promotional classes ( E,U,W)
At Atlasglobal , our travelers can carry one set of ski, golf equipment or one bicycle free of charge additionally to free baggage allowance.
A set of skiing equipment involves the following;
- a pair of ski/snowboard
- a pair boots/ski boots
- helmet.
A set of golf equipment involves the following;
- 7 clubs
- 12 golf balls
- one pair of golf shoes
Other sports equipment such as a surfboard, kiteboard, scuba-diving equipment, canoe, paraglider, pole jumping, bike are classified separately from the free norm of baggage allowance, the carriage must be booked in advance and paid according to excess baggage rules.
Aircompany Atlasjet Ukraine is not carriage a tandem bicycle’s.
Cabin baggage
Cabin Baggage is the carriage of the special baggage of the passenger on a purchased extra seat on the plane. Refers to items that may be carried as block seat baggage in the cabin. Passengers will pay for an additional seat charge in order to bring onboard a CBBG. A service request for CBBG must be made at least 24 hours prior to Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). Articles over 75 kg of weight per seat shall not be accepted. Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading the CBBG in and out of the aircraft.
Wheelchair
Passengers with wheelchair are entitled to extra baggage allowances, free of charge in case if passenger has appropriate statement from doctor.
Unusual Baggage
Atlasjet Ukraine is not providing oxygen tank. The patient’s own oxygen tank could not be accepted in the cabin. It could be carried only if it’s completely empty as a checked baggage.

What are the check in rules?
All passengers should be at the airport at least 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to the international flights and all check in procedures should be completed latest 1 hour before the flight departure time.Furthermore, all passengers should be at the gate latest 15 minutes prior to departure.
Online Check-İn
Online check-in rules ?
From December 2nd, 2015 passengers can make check-in for flights of Atlasglobal on the web-site of the aircompany, choose the preferable seat in cabin, print out boarding-pass or send it to the e-mail. Service of online check-in is available on the web-site of the aircompany http://www.atlasglb.com.ua for own regular flights of Atlasglobal which depart from Odessa to Istanbul Airport and back flights. Online check-in for the flight is open 48 hours before the flight and is closed 1,5 hour before the time of flight departure according to the schedule, and the procedure of online check-in will take only several minutes. Passengers, who travel only with hand baggage, at the time of arrival to the airport of departure can go to border, customs and safety control and after to the gate. Weight of hand baggage must not exceed 8 kg and size is not over 56x45x25 sm for one passenger. If passenger of Atlasglobal has luggage, he/she must check it at the check-in counter when showing the boarding-pass. Maximum weight of free checked luggage for one passenger is from 20 kg to 30 kg in Economiplus and from 30 kg to 40 kg in Business Class. Online check-in is available for all passengers of Atlasglobal except the following categories:
- Passengers till the age of 16 years, who travel unaccompanied;
- Passengers who travel with infants till the age of 2 years, which don’t take a separate seat;
- Passengers who noticed that they need special service or medical help;
- Pregnant women with the term of pregnancy of 28 weeks.

What are the rules regarding infants?
Passengers less than 2 years old are considered as infants. Infants, new borns, that are younger than 7 days old are not allowed to travel.
For flight safety rules can one adult only accompany one infant. In case of an adult accompaning two infants, the second infant has to have a child ticket with seat reservation and has to have a car seat or an escort hostess.
Baby meals can be provided if pax request that during reservation.
An infant can travel without seat reservation.

What are the rules that are applicable for children?
Children between the age of 2 – 5 are not allowed to travel alone. Children between the age of 5 – 16 can travel alone provided that the rules for unaccompanied minor are met. Such rules are:
Parents or legal representatives should have a written permission prepared.
A full reservation is made.
Ticket, passport or other documents of UM passenger are put in UM bag and this bag is hung around the neck of the minor and the minor is delivered to a boarding officer. Parent or legal representative of UM passenger has to wait at the airport until the plane takes off. Boarding officer takes the UM passenger on board last. UM passenger is delivered by a person assigned by the Airline to the person whose name is written in UM form after his/her identity is checked and against signature. UM passenger can not be seated near the Emergency exits.

Can I make my reservation online and purchase the ticket through any authorized Atlasjet Ukraine agencies or main sales office?
Yes, passengers may book their tickets online and collect it at our sales office or any authorized agency.
Am I allowed to cancel my ticket online?
Yes, Tickets can be cancelled online.
Am I allowed to change my flight destination online?

Carrying Liquids On board İn The Cabin Contents
Are there any special rules regarding carrying liquids on board?
Each passenger may carry one transparent plastic bag with the dimentions
20cm x 20cm which has to contain liquid that is only up to 100 ml
The bag and what contains has to be shown to the final security control.
No restrictions are applied to the amount of liquids that are checked in.
Carrying Medicine and Baby Food On Board İn The Cabin Contents
What about medicines and baby food?
There are exeptions regarding special cases such as medicines and baby food. When it comes to medicine, the passenger should provide documents that states that he/she should use such medicin and it should be kept in it’s original package. Regarding baby food it should be within the requiered amount that is necessery during the flight.
Carrying Pets In The Cabin Contents
What are the rule regarding the transportation of pets?
For the animals, which can be transported in the cabin include dogs, cats and birds. Pets must be in containers the size of 45x35x23 cm. The weight of the animal together with the container must not exceed 8 kg. Furthermore, there should be provided with adequate medical certificates.Payment in local currency is made at the airport before departure.

- be clean and healthy,
- kept in soft-sided leak- and smell-proof container (cage, soft basket or bags) designed for transportation of animals;
- be able to stand upright, turn and lie down in a natural manner.
- be carried in closed and sufficiently ventilated cage or suitable container such as basket or travel bag in cabin. This must remain closed during the flight
Note: Dangerous dog breeds like American Pit-bull, Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Doberman, Pincher Doberman, Rottweiler are not accepted for carriage by ATLASJET-UA
Max possible PETC amount in one cage:
- 2 animals of the of one breed may be transported together in one container, provided that their total weight together with container does not exceed 8 kg. and the container is not larger than 45x35x23 cm
Important:
- It is prohibited to transport PETC smaller than 3 months and without “rabies blood test” to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
- In Cyprus flight, PETC are kept in quarantine for 10 days at arrival
- PETC cannot be carried on flights to the UK.
Animals can not be combined. Animals in one cage must be of the same type and of the same breed.
What is the fee for the pet carried on board?
Carrying of pets is subject to fixed price of 50 USD in International flights per one cage per each segment.
Maximum amount of cages/containers on the flight is 6 cages/containers.
Only one cage with PETC allowed for one passenger, disregards to booking class of passenger.
What are the rules of carriage of pets?

Any special equipments such as sports equipments and musical instruments that exceed the dimentions and the weight of a hand baggage ( 25x45xx56 in size and max 8 kg in weight) can be checked in as extra luggage against fee. Carrying The Passenger On Stretcher
Do you have streacher service on board and if so, what are the procedures for that?
Our flights provides streacher service and there are special
procedures that should be followed:
The request for streacher should be made 48 hours before departure.
Please contact our call center at +380 800 50 55 63 .
Requests made 24 hours before departure can not be accepted.
A medical certificate that is issued by the passengers
physician 10 days before departure, is required.
The patient has to be accompanied by a medical doctor or a nurse.
If it is stated that the patient has no need for medical
companionship then he or she should be attended by an adult
companion who has full knowledge about the patient’s medical condition.
Atlasjet Ukraine does not take any medical resposibility for such cases.
Contact information of the patient’s physician,
medical escort and the person at the departure and arrival
points are alsorequierd.
The medical certificate must be written in Ukrainian and in English.
Translations of the doctor's reports in other languages.
It must be approved by the station manager.
While making the reservation, please, pay attention to the fact that Atlasjet Ukraine is not providing oxygen tank. The patient’s own oxygen tank could not be accepted in the cabin. It could be carried only if it’s completely empty as a checked baggage.
It is the passenger's responsibility to arrange an ambulance
at the arrivaland to submit the related information as the
ambulance company name and
phone number to our side during the reservation.
For technical reasons the provided stretcher
can not be used for hospital transfers.
The stretcher of the ambulance could be used for this.
According to every airport infrastructure, the transfer of the patient
from the airport to the aircraft is made by the airport’s own
ambulance and the payment is covered by the patient.
The stretcher service fee is equal to 6 tickets
booked in Y class of the selected flight.
This will include the ticket of the patient and the stretcher.
Medical escort and the accompanying
passenger's tickets should be purchased separately.
Stretcher can not be positinoned at Business Class.
Passengers With Disability
What kind of help do you provide for passengers that have limited mobility or hearing and sight disabilities?
Passengers with hearing or sight disabilities may travel alone.
However, if they have both kinds of disabilities then they are
not allowed to travel unaccompanied.
Medical reports are not needed for these cases.
Passengers with limited mobility who can not exit
the aircraft on their own or who can not use
lavatories unattended are not allowd to travel alone.
All passengers with disabilities have priority
during check in and boarding procedures.
Unfortunately, cabin crew will only help with opening
the meal cover and accompany the passenger on their
way and back to the lavatory door if needed.
Pregnant Passengers
What are the rules regarding pregnant passengers?
Passengers up to the 28th ( 7 months ) of pregnancy are not prompted any report. The pregnant passenger is requierd to declare how many babies she is expecting and the stage of pregnancy.
Pregnant passengers with single baby after the end of 28th week, (7 months completed) until the end of 35th week (is not beyond day 36th week) need to present a report from their doctors that contains the phrase “There is no doubt for this patient to travel by aircraft“ stating that passenger is fit to fly. After completion of 35th week, passenger can not be allowed to fly even with a doctor's report.
Pregnant passengers with multiples (two or more babies), from the end of 28th week, until the end of 32th week (is not beyond day 33th week) need to present a report from their doctors that contains the phrase “there is no doubt for this patient to travel by aircraft“ stating that passenger is fit to fly. After completion of 32th week, passenger can not be allowed to fly even with a doctor's report.
The report must be provided by a medical specialist and should be written on an official letterhead of the doctor or health care institution containing the following terms and conditions:
- Date of issue of the report must be specified and the date may not be over 7 days.
- The doctor's name, surname, diploma number and signature must be shown clearly.
- The report should be issued in English and Ukrainian. If passenger has a report in another language; airline representative translates the related report of “there is no doubt for this patient to travel by aircraft” in another sheet, specifying their name, surname with title of the duty and attaches to the passenger’s report. This document shall be signed by the passenger. After careful consideration of the document, passenger can be accepted on the flight.

Does your airline provide any wheelchair services?
Yes. Passengers in need of wheelchair can request this service 48 hours before the flight departure.
Wheelchairs are to be made available to our passengers as required, subject to a fee, except passenger with medical report and/or has own wheelchair.
Although passengers who have visual signs of illness/disability can be provided with WHC service free of charge.
Note! WCLB – Wheelchair Lithium Ion Battery to be transported by a passenger which will require advance notification/preparation.
Weight and dimensions may be specified.
Wheelchairs or other battery-powered mobility aids with nonspillable and spillable batteries will be carried as checked baggage only.

Economy Cabin: Y, B, H Class Cancel/Change:
Up to the scheduled departure time change/reissue/revalidation/refund are without penalty. In case of no-show cancellation and refund is with is 100 USD penalty.
K, L, M Class Cancel / Change:

General Rules
How do you explain the class differences that occur in the same cabin?
Different factors can cause class differneces in the same cabin. For exemple: the time of purchasing the ticket and/or minimum stay at the required destination.
How long is the validation of your tickets?
Our tickets are valid within one year from the date of issue, regardless of the class.
Can an issued ticket be used by another person?
Once a ticket is been issued, no one has the right to use, cancel or make any changes on it, other than the person whose name and surname is on the ticket. Changes can only be made prior the issuing of the ticket.
What are the change rules that are applicable for business class?
Rebooking, rerouting and refund are permitted any time. No charges are applied. In case of refund Ticket Service Charge will not be refunded.
What are the change rules that are applicable for economy class?
Rebooking and rerouting are permitted against change fee.
Refund is applicable against cancellation fee.
The system will automatically recalculate the new fare.
What are the change rules that are applicable when rebooking is made between different classes?
A rebooking fee and a handling charge maybe collected depending on the type of the ticket. In general, the system will automatically recalculate the fare difference that should be collected or the refund amuont that might be paid back to the passenger. All provided that there are seats available.
For how long my pre-reservation will remain active in the system before I confirm it?
In case of prebooking time limit, the system will automatically specify the time limit for which the ticket can be issued.
Can I make my reservation online and purchase the ticket through any authorized Atlasjet Ukraine agencies or main sales office?

The standard form of payment is cash and credit card . Accepted credit cards are: VISA or MASTER cards.

If my flight was cancelled, how will I be informed?
In case of any flight irregularities such as flight cancellations, all passengers that have provided their phone numbers during resevation will be contacted. Therefore it is of utmost importance to provide the correct phone number while making the reservation.
What will happen if my flight was cancelled?
Flight cancellations or delays that occur
due to weather conditions, schedule change
or technical reasons will be handled by
Atlasjet Ukraineimmediately and alternative
solutions will be offered for the affected
passengers without further charges.
Waiting List
When I am on a waiting list, how will I be informed if my reservation is confirmed?
In case of a confirmation of a waitlisted reservation, passenger will receive this confirmation via SMS to the phone number that was provided during the reservation.
